Shipping policy

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
We operate in production batches to maintain quality and efficiency.
Shipping can take 7 to 10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders that are in transit or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard shipping only.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Check around your property and with your building manager
- Wait 24 to 48 hours as packages sometimes show delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly
If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@holipaw.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
