RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At HoliPaw, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer the following return policy:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at support@holipaw.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive your unopened return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@holipaw.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return.
- Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
